    Complete wedding packages from $5,000 – $7,000 and include the use of our venue, commercial kitchen, bridal suite, groom?s room, tables, Chiavari chairs, tablecloths, dinnerware, cutlery, and time for a rehearsal brunch the day prior. We can work with your vendors or can suggest some from our preferred list. Our capacity allows for up to 305 guests seated, with tables.     FarmResort is a picturesque wedding venue and winery. We are located on over 140 acres of beautiful farmland with a 6 acre lake at the center of the property. Our approximately 8,500 square foot venue includes a commercial kitchen, a groom?s room, and a bridal suite.

    Our venue is also available for event rentals (Bridal Showers, Parties, etc).
    The Barn
    $1,000 an hour, plus tax. Minimum of 4 hours.
    The event venue space included in the rental cost includes the first floor of The Barn with the reception area and bathrooms and the grounds immediately surrounding the venue (within 50 feet of The Barn). The use of the plastic tables and chairs is included in the rental. The upstairs suite, downstairs conference room, and the use of the kitchen equipment are not included. If needed, general preparation and storage of food and the use of the small refrigerator will be allowed in the kitchen downstairs. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in commercial kitchen. Maximum Capacity 305.

    The Upstairs Suite
    $650 an hour, plus tax. Minimum of 4 hours.
    The event venue space included in the rental cost includes the main common room on the second floor of The Barn with the additional private room, private bathroom, full kitchen, and outside deck and patio. The upstairs suite has its own private entrance. Maximum Capacity 30.

    The Downstairs Conference Room
    $500 an hour, plus tax. Minimum 4 hours.
    The event venue space included in the rental cost includes the conference room on first floor of The Barn with a private bathroom. The downstairs conference room has its own private entrance. Maximum Capacity 20.
