Willow Creek Wedding & Event Venue is a family owned classic southern style venue located 30 minutes south of Dallas and 45 minutes east of Fort Worth, Texas. This elegant venue is set on 12-acres of Texas countryside, tucked along a large natural flowing creek with towering trees. Each space on the property was designed to create the perfect balance of elegance and comfortability to ensure you and your guests can enjoy the day and have fun in a beautiful place.

Begin your day with family & friends in the Wedding Party House. This 2,000 sq ft private house has a bridal suite, groom’s lounge, mother’s suite, living room & kitchen.
Exchange your vows in their unique white chapel gazebo. A romantic outdoor ceremony space that features a one-of-a-kind wooden bridge aisle, white garden chairs, cobblestone under your guests? seating for their comfort, and a full sound system. *The atrium is a climate controlled gorgeous indoor ceremony option for inclement weather.
For cocktail hour your guest can relax and enjoy refreshments in the atrium and along their 65 ft back porch, which is connected to the reception hall. The atrium has floor-to-ceiling, sliding glass french doors that open onto the back yard creating a fun and cozy feeling.
Their elegant Reception Hall features six large crystal chandeliers, a 15 ft stage with light curtain backdrop, a built-in 12 ft granite bar with keg taps, large arching windows, and a spacious dance floor. Tables, chairs, and color linens are provided to create the perfect foundation for each wedding.

This full-service, family-owned venue was established in 2014 by Barbara Hill and Shayna Byers, a mother-daughter team. They’ve helped over 350 couples celebrate their special day in the past four years. Their goal is to make your vision come to life. They include color uplighting and color linens. Their bridal suite boasts multiple vanity areas and a special antique vanity for the bride. The groom?s lounge features cable TV, a pool table, an Xbox, a shower and an iron. They also have a classic Red Barn that is perfect for photos. The barn features a covered pavilion area and a built-in bar with seating.
