The Sugar Creek Country Club is available for your next intimate gather or lavish event of up to 400 people. Every seat in the house has a breathtaking golf course view and access to incomparable service. This venue has three event spaces to choose from, all of which are amazing facilities that include floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, Baccarat crystal chandeliers, and an extravagant foyer area. No matter which event space you choose for your grand occasion, you and sure to have an unforgettable experience.
The Ballroom – Its plantation-style design and floor to ceiling windows, provides you and your guest a breathtaking view of our newly renovated golf course. The 3,200 square foot room, allows for your guest of up to 250 to enjoy a plated meal, up 220 for a plated meal with a dance floor, and up to 200 with a buffet and dance floor. The Ballroom is the perfect location for weddings, galas, social events, holiday parties, and fundraisers.
The Garden Room – A little smaller than the Ballroom, the Garden Room offers you and your guest the same stunning golf course views through the fabulous arched windows. The Garden Room is a comfortable 2,300 square foot of event space that allows for your guest of up to 150 to enjoy a plated meal, up 120 for a plated meal with a dance floor, and up to 130 with a buffet and dance floor. More of a social setting, the room is the perfect location for an indoor wedding ceremony, rehearsal dinners, and graduation dinners.*The Garden Room and Main Ballroom can be combined to accommodate up to 400 guests.
The Searls Room – With a more intimidate feel, the Searls Room boasts an extravagant fireplace that give the room a warm and cozy atmosphere. The comfortable 800 square foot room, allows for guest of up to 50 to enjoy a plated meal and up to 40 for a buffet. The Searls Room is the perfect location for the small gatherings such as cocktail receptions, bridal/baby showers, and corporate meetings.
