First & Bell?s urban industrial chic venue with customizable layout and distinct spaces can accommodate up to 500 people for a stand-up cocktail party style reception or 120 for seated meals and gatherings. The Great Room and Mezzanine is a 4,500-square-feet space and has a capacity of 300 standing or 120 seated. With dramatic ceilings, a mezzanine overlooking the Great Room, and two fully equipped bars, this space is ideal for large wedding receptions and features a caterer’s kitchen with a spacious prep area, refrigerators, a high-capacity ice machine, cloakroom, and 8 restrooms. In addition, there’s an 800-square-foot Green Room that can be used as the couple?s getting ready room. Their second space, the Side Room, is 2,000-square-feet in size and has a capacity of 150 standing or 120 seated guests. The space is easily accessible from The Great Room and is equipped with dimmable lighting, WiFi, built-in booth seating, and a large stage making it the perfect place to set up your entertainment such as a band or DJ. Their outdoor space, the Rooftop Patio, is the perfect place for an event under the sun or stars. It is 2,000-square-feet in size with a capacity of 200 standing or 120 seated. The patio is equipped with a full outdoor bar and, for cooler Seattle evenings, heaters are available to rent.
