Nestled in a wooded area, just a stone’s throw away from the heart of Saugerties, lay a factory. Forgotten by the hands of time, sitting quietly while the world around it evolved. Waiting for the day it could become useful once more. In stepped Gerard and Erica Price. Wanting to do something for the community around them, the visions started appearing. And so the Saugerties Performing Arts Factory was born, and gave a rebirth to this industrial complex that is just as much a part of Saugerties as the environment around it.
