Exchanging vows in a rustic barn, dancing under the string lights outdoors, roasting marshmallows and laughing with your friends – these are some of the memories you will make on your wedding day at The Barn at Holiday Acres. If you are looking for a unique venue…something genuinely different with lots of warmth and character, you will want to pay a visit to the farm.
Located between Alvin and Manvel, just off Hwy 6 South, Holiday Acres is a brand new reasonably priced venue for barn weddings and events that has all the country feels but is close to the city. Holiday Acres provides the backdrop for bringing your vision to life. We provide a 35-acre Christmas tree farm, climate-controlled barn, covered pavilion, tables, chairs, linens, and lots of string lights. You provide the personal details to make your wedding like no one else’s!
On your wedding day, the entire facility is yours from 10 a.m. until the close of your event, so you’ll have lots of time to decorate. You may decide to have your ceremony under an oak tree facing the Christmas tree fields or in our climate-controlled barn, which seats up to 150 for a ceremony. The covered pavilion will seat 250 for a ceremony.
Up to 100 guests can be seated at tables in the barn with room for dancing, or 150 at tables if you’d like to do your dancing on the pavilion. The pavilion will accomodate 150 for dinner and dancing, and an additional 50 guests can be seated at tables on the uncovered wood deck. The spacious grounds provide room for a tent if your guest list is larger than can be accommodated in the barn and pavilion.
Two charming tiny houses may be added to your package as dressing rooms for the wedding party, and a bridal cottage is under construction.
