Krassimia Woods is a tranquil and idyllic property on Cayuga Lake. Our property includes 50 acres of forest and small ravines, a large waterfall (access to it is quite a bit adventurous but fun) and small trails. The house faces east, offering spectacular views of sunrises.
Set back 90 feet from the lake front, the house provides a large garden and wonderful surroundings of small creeks and waterfalls. It’s a perfect location for your wedding celebration. The house is a very spacious post and beam construction with lots of windows (most tile work is by a local artist).
Our pricing is simple and affordable, aimed at making your already busy planning easy and effortless. Always for up to 21 people staying at the house, up to 7 nights, ceremony or rehearsal dinner at the house or not, same price:
Peak season (June, July and August): $7000
Off-Peak (May and September: $5000
Slow months (October to April): $4000
This includes linens and towels, cleanup, reasonable use of firewood (for the sauna or the garden bonfires) and all taxes. (Not included is a tent [we can refer you to a trusted local business] or porta-johns which are required for groups of 21 or more in order to offer maximum convenience to your guests and protect the septic system).
