Once you select Capitolio to be part of you’re Wedding Day, we will schedule all the appointments that are included in your package. First Capitolio will contact your caterer so you can meet with the Chef and go over the menu selections, you will have the opportunity to sample & make any changes to the menu, after selecting the perfect dish that will be served on your big day, we would start scheduling your second appointment which is the Wedding Cake baker, this is truly an amazing experience. You will meet one on one with the cake designer, this will be the perfect opportunity to bring that cake design you’ve been saving since your were little but do not worry if you have no idea of which design to go with, the amazing friendly cake designer will show you hundreds of cakes that I am sure you will find the perfect one! The third appointment will be scheduled with our in house decorator, we will go over the linens, overlay, and sashes that are included in your package. Be prepared to mix and match all the options that are available. The final appointment will be with your event coordinator where we will sit and put together the perfect day for you and your fiance.
