Building The Garden Path Barn has combined Dusty?s vision of a 1800 style Post and Beam Barn with Eileen?s garden. The Barn is a 70′ x 56′ timber frame with shiplap siding. The huge beams are Hemlock, logged in Maine.
The tenon and mortise joints secured by hardwood pegs connect the timbers in the traditional way.
Yellow Pine siding has been stained to preserve and enhance the wood grain. This barn is built to last!
Special features include; four dormers and a cupola to let natural light in and provide ventilation.
A bride?s balcony over looks the dance floor. The loft includes a private dressing room/bathroom for the bridal party. There is a covered porch overlooking gardens and fields perfect for a cocktail hour. Winding paths, multiple gardens and grape covered arbors create a variety of ceremonial options and beautiful pictures.
We welcome you to The Garden Path Barn and hope you enjoy it as much as we did creating it!
