Dean Acres is a family owned rustic chic property. The Dean family invites you to share your wedding day and memories on their charming acreage. We specialize in letting you use your own ideas. The rustic charm of Dean Acres has endless opportunity to celebrate your event with your friends and family. You will find a country feel on several acres of land with the metal barn, pond, and roaming horses. The authentic metal barn can accommodate 120 people. The barn is a perfect blank slate to bring your Pinterest boards to life. Your event can take place indoors, or can spill out onto the lawn and acreage. We allow inside and outside catering. You are welcome to bring your own caterer, bartender, DJ and take your time setting up for your special event. We offer different packages to fit almost any budget. You can use our onsite photographer, event coordinator, and decorations or bring your own. We are conveniently located 30 miles north of Dallas. Our goal at Dean Acres is to make your day or event special, memorable and unique.
