History
Established in 1927, Nazareth?s Halls originally served as a Catholic boarding school for boys. Run by Nuns of the Ursuline Convent of the Sacred Heart, the nuns were trained to provide the children with a formal education. The land at the time consisted of 400 acres, and boarders were able to practice sports across the expansive grounds, including swimming and rowing. Before shutting its doors to education in 1982, the school instructed over 4,300 boys.
