With sprawling views of the Texas Hill Country, our rustic banquet hall rests amongst towering 100-year-old oaks, fields of wild flowers, and abundant wildlife. The Venue offers beautiful indoor and outdoor ceremony sites to create your dream setting. One of the largest venues in the area, we can accommodate 350+ guest effortlessly. In addition to a generous seating area, our 10,000 square foot barn has his/hers private suites with full baths as well as a spacious staging kitchen and bar area. The open design offers endless possibilities for your next event. The bridal suite has a 12′ styling station, seperate vanities, mini-frig, soaking tub to relax, nine foot window providing an airy/natural lighting and a large private balcony overlooking the main event room. The groom’s mancave suite has a private bar, flatscreen TV, walkin shower, mini-frig and is decorated with wildlife. Facilities and Capacity
The Venue at Rafter E Ranch features stunning rustic interior design. The openness of the 5,300 sq. ft. main event room allows for many layout options. Uniquely designed using rustic tin, virgin cedar and swamp pine from Louisiana This elegant lodge-style venue is complete with 7,500 square feet of temperature controlled space with another 3,000 square foot of covered porch that faces the southwest, allowing for cool evening breezes and breathtaking sunsets. The venue can accommodate up to 350 guests indoors and an additional 100 guests on the back veranda. The outside ceremony site features a cedar pergola and overlooks a beautiful valley and this area can accomodate 400+ guests.

The Venue at Rafter E Ranch offers many services to bring your wedding vision to life. There are several rentals companies available to create the atmosphere you have been dreaming of for your big day. Round, rectangle and cocktail tables, wood mahagony chairs, linens and tastefully decorated suites just for you! A preferred vendors list is provided to help your planning. Outside vendors and alcohol are allowed. The venue has ample parking for 200 vehicles, is wheelchair accessible, and offers shuttle services. They are available to host ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, engagement parties, elopements, and rehearsal dinners

This family-owned company is run by 6th generation Texans who continue to carry on the tradition of farming and ranching at the Rafter E Ranch. “Planning a family wedding of our own inspired Brian and I to share our beautiful ranch with hill country brides. After months of planning, hard work, and dedication, our dreams have finally come true”!
