A little more about the space, on the day of your event (Friday-Sunday) you’ll have access to the warehouse for 11 hours. Within the 11 hours you’re allowed a 5 hour event time.
We do have an open vendor policy and are a BYOB venue, but your alcohol must be served by a TABC certified bartender. I’ve attached our preferred vendor list for you to review, as well. We also require you to have a day of insurance policy, security($55/hr) and have a $250 catering kitchen cleaning fee.
