Showcase Winter Garden is a spacious venue which can accommodate up to 300 guests for a sit-down banquet celebration. The event space is 6,000 square feet and features high ceilings, chandeliers, and atmospheric lighting. The venue walls and ceiling are decorated with professional white chiffon draping and a choice of colored uplighting. There is a large 25 seat bar, a 36-foot by 20-foot stage, and spacious dance floor of 60 feet by 32 feet. The venue features the latest technology including an HDMI projector with a 16-foot screen, fog machine, top-of-the-range sound system, and lighting effects. There is a full kitchen and dressing rooms available for the bride and groom.

Their wedding packages include the exclusive use of the venue for 100 to 300 people, the use of an experienced wedding coordinator, tables and Chiavari chairs (chair covers are available), elegant dcor and centerpieces, and a choice of table linen colors. Custom three-course sit-down dinner menus, a champagne toast, and four hours of entertainment by their in-house DJ are also included. In addition, the venue can organize a cocktail hour, Venetian hour, and sweet table.
