Charles Ringling, one of the six famous Ringling Circus brothers, built his magnificent mansion in 1925-1926 as a winter retreat for his family. In the 1960s, New College of Florida purchased the estate, known today as College Hall, for its administrative and academic needs. The first floor features a music room with Santos Mahogany wood floors and timbered ceilings, a beautiful living room with marble fireplace, and an enclosed tiled terrace. The elegant building covered by Etowah marble with its spacious lawn offers exquisite bayfront sunsets that adds a unique touch to any event.
