Located by the Gulf of Mexico on the soft white sands of the aptly named Sunset Beach, the beach house offers a unique opportunity to hold your beach wedding and reception in your own private resort with a Florida sunset as your stunning backdrop.

With accommodation for up to 20 and a reception area that will hold up to 120 plus the flexibility if required, to organize your own catering and dcor, it all make for a very cost effective option for your dream beach wedding and reception.
FACILITIES
Sunset Beach House is a uniquely designed Hemingway-esque waterfront resort split into five suites. Each suite is furnished with style and with thoughtful touches to make your stay perfect. Two of the suites are the upper (Tree House)and lower (Sandpiper) halves of a beautiful home. They offer beach living at its finest and spectacular Gulf views. There are also three smaller one-bedroom efficiencies on the property called the Beach Hugger Suites.
Many couples have chosen not only to have a wedding and reception at the beach house but also to stay for their honeymoon. No extra flights, packing or security lines ? just stay right where you are after your guests leave. Relax on the beach or be as active as you want. Wind surfing, kayaking and other activities are available just down the beach. Great dining, shopping and theater are right around the corner. What a way to start your life together!
SERVICES
Use the services of our preferred vendors for your reception from table and chair rentals, caterers, DJ services, or if you prefer to be hands on you are welcome to provide for your own reception.
Wedding rates begin at $5595.00 plus taxes for two nights. Rental includes exclusive use of the entire property and reception area.
A refundable $1500 security deposit is required to hold your chosen dates.
Sunset Beach House can also provide as much or as little as you might need for your beach-front wedding ceremony and reception – chairs, linens, rustic farm table, bamboo chairs while their sister company, Suncoast Weddings offers pre-planned wedding packages or build your own ceremony options.
