Embassy Suites by Hilton-Destin/Miramar Beach is a hotel wedding ceremony and reception venue located in Destin, Florida. Recent renovations to the property have maintained a coastal feel and added beautiful modern touches. The hotel has private beach access for your wedding ceremony needs. Indoor ceremony space is also available in the hotel’s spacious indoor atrium. The flexible Coast Ballroom can seat 50 to 350 guests for your reception event.
Facilities and Capacity: Embassy Suites by Hilton Destin/Miramar Beach has private beach access located a short distance across the street from the hotel entrance and offers only one ceremony per night on the beach site, offering your wedding party exclusivity. Indoor ceremony back-up space is provided in the hotel’s modern and recently renovated indoor atrium patio. It is important to note that a reception must be reserved with every beach wedding ceremony; the beach site cannot be used without also confirming a reception in the ballroom. Couples may host 50 to a maximum of 350 guests in the Coast Ballroom. A food and beverage minimum order requirment will apply. All food and bar beverage must be supplied by the hotel’s catering staff. In addition, the hotel has 2 boardrooms that can be rented as hospitality/dressing room/s for your bridal party.
Culinary Services Offered: Our in-house Executive Chef, Allan Haas has over 30 years of experience in the culinary industry and has been at Embassy Suites Destin/Miramar Beach since 2003. He has an excellent reputation and has prepared catered events for 30 to 1,000 attendees. We offer a versatile menu for any event. Buffet or Plated Style Dinners start at $50.00++ per guest. Reception/Heavy Hors D’ouvres can be odrered as well. All events will have a food and beverage minium order requirement. The food and beverage minimum will be based on the date selecetd, time of year, and the number of guests you expect to attend your event.
Accommodations: Couples can rest assured that they nor their guests have to stay far from the event location. Embassy Suites by Hilton Destin/Miramar Beach is the first all-suite hotel in Destin. All rooms are two-room suites and include a breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi, and two hour evening reception nightly. Group discounting generally starts at 15 suites utilized or more, however we do offer some discounting for groups of 10 or more (some blackout dates for group rates may apply).
