For an indoor event, couples can utilize the large, open-plan, Main Parlor. This space features beautiful exposed brickwork and accent lighting to create a magical backdrop for your intimate reception or wedding extravaganza. Tucked out of sight within the Main Parlor is a catering kitchen, ideal for the culinary team of your choice to design your dream cuisine out of view of your guests. The historic Springfield District is known for its porch parties, and your wedding celebration can carry on this tradition on the Brick and Beam Back Porch. Valet service can be included in your rental package if your party exceeds 75 guests. For security, the venue provides an off-duty police officer for the duration of your event. Couples can enlist the help of the Brick and Beam?s experienced event planner to ensure that they get the most from this stylish historic building on their special day. Outside vendors are welcome at the Brick and Beam, with your caterer of choice able to avail of the catering kitchen on site.
