Ballroom and Captain?s Walk – boasts 25-foot ceilings with wood beam accents, wrought iron chandeliers, and hardwood floors. It also features a built-in elevated stage for your entertainment. The Captain?s Walk offers beautiful views of the River and Harbor.
Terrazzo Lawn – situated on the water and allows you and your guests gorgeous views of the pool, Harbor, and skyline. It can host up to 150 people, with plenty of space for a dance floor. It can also easily be tented in the event of inclement weather.

The Living Room and River Porch are intimate spaces situated on the first floor. The Living Room features warm gold and glass decor, banquet seating, a decorative bar, vintage accent furniture, and a seasonal fireplace. It flows seamlessly into the River Porch, which features exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows overlooking the Terrazzo Lawn and Harbor. The 1876 Room can accommodate up to 48 guests and is perfect for both bridal showers and rehearsal dinners. It features high-backed upholstered dining chairs and pairs nicely with the Living Room and River Porch.
