Located inside the Historic Julian C. Madison Building, The Loft at 1420 is a versatile loft venue in the heart of downtown Detroit. With exposed brick, beams and wooden floors, the space has all the raw yet polished charm one can expect from a loft space. We can accommodate up to 250 persons for a seated reception and 300 for a cocktail style event.
