The venue is well suited for dances, weddings, receptions, reunions, meetings and birthday parties. The 2400 sq foot space has original columns, brick walls, and even tin ceilings and hardwood floors throughout! Daily rent is only $500 for 9 am – 11 pm. It is a perfect venue for social events or classes. A refundable security deposit is an additional $250. Includes use of 12 long tables and chairs. Attached bathroom, rear entry for catering and equipment rental. Attached workroom provides space for setup and cleans up. We have an open vendor policy for food, beverage, rental and planners.
We came to Denison, TX 9 years ago and fell in love with the Historic Downtown Denison. In 2006 we purchased this three-story 1880’s building on Main Street. The building has housed furniture stores, music halls, and the local dry goods store! We completed the 2nd and 3d floor as loft apartments and the first floor for retail space. We are located in the heart of the Historic District in downtown Denison. We were encouraged to offer an event venue. We have held many of our own parties here – and now we want to share it with you!
