Monteverde at Oldstone is situated on 27 wooded acres in Cortlandt Manor, Westchester County, New York.
With sweeping vistas and natural beauty, this beautifully restored 18th century estate has many unique components.
Overlooking the Hudson River, Monteverde at Oldstone is the perfect setting for any wedding. What makes Monteverde unique is its inherent beauty. Its natural setting has all the elements that brides look for in a venue; incredible Hudson River views, rolling lawns, a 100 year old grape arbor, a sweeping stone staircase, an outdoor stone patio . all surrounding a beautiful historic mansion.
Tucked away on The West Lawn is our grand Tent Pavilion that can seat up to 350 people for a sit down dinner and 450 people for a cocktail reception.
What is unique about Monteverde’s Tent Pavilion is that Monteverde has already “taken care of” of all the basics. All the elements are in place; the permanent floor, the parquet dance floor, the tent liner, the studio lighting, the vanity restroom trailer and even the generator. “With all of those elements in place we can literally begin designing the creative aspects of a wedding from day one,” comments Mary Ellen Fabry, Director of Events at Monteverde.
” Monteverde’s property offers many varied areas and vistas, each with its own mood and personality which in turn, offers our brides the ultimate canvas to create their signature wedding.”
