Sea Oats? guests may improve their game on our tennis and basketball court, kayak and paddle board through our bay estuaries, make s’mores while sitting around the bonfires, gather the group for a private sunset cruise leaving directly from Sea Oats and take in Captiva Island?s famous sunsets from Sea Oats Gulf of Mexico beach. Sea Oats Captiva is truly a modern island escape.
Conveniently located near other major Florida destinations including Fort Myers International Airport (RSW), Sea Oats is the ideal setting for family and friend gatherings, business meeting groups, photo shoots, film and TV shoots, corporate retreats and luxury destination events.
Sea Oats is available for reservation of 3, 5 or 7-night minimum stays depending on the time of year. As Spring, Summer, October and all holiday weeks are peak travel times at Sea Oats, the estate is offered for reservation of 7-night minimum stays (Sat-Sat). During the off-peak months of May and September, Sea Oats may be reserved for 3-night minimum. (May & Sept only). November and December are available for reservation of 5-night minimum stays. Excluding holidays, the rate including accommodations and venue fee for 3-nights starts at $16,000 plus 11% taxes, for 5-nights including accommodations and venue fee is $24,000 plus taxes and 7-nights including accommodations and venue fee is $32,000 plus taxes.
Reservation of Sea Oats is always an exclusive reservation of the entire estate and includes use of the main house and guest house, heated swimming pool, on-site tennis/basketball court, private dock overlooking Buck Key Preserve, access to our Gulf of Mexico beach and use of Sea Oats 6-passenger concierge golf cart. The estate features 9 bedrooms and 9 baths, comfortably sleeping up to 30 guests. Sea Oats offers personal concierge services in creating customized itineraries, grocery shopping service, the option to add housekeeping services, hire a personal chef, rent kayaks and paddle boards and more.
For on-site events, Sea Oats best accommodates up to 75 guests with parking provided for up to 10 vehicles. All event tables, chairs, linens, tent, vendors, dcor, portable restrooms, etc. are contracted separately by the guest. For ease of coordination, Sea Oats mandates the hire of a local professional wedding planner.
