    Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve is an outdoor park wedding venue located in Santee, California. This outdoor venue, with its scenic surroundings, provides a beautiful space to celebrate your marriage with all of your friends and family.
    Facilities and Capacity
    Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve offers covered and uncovered outdoor settings for your wedding ceremony and reception. This venue is situated on 190 acres of parkland and has seven different lakes that offer beautiful views and wonderful photo opportunities. Couples can enjoy the private island as the location for their ceremony or utilize one of the gazebos. There are cabins available as get-ready spaces for the couple and their wedding party. There is a maximum capacity of up to 1,000 guests, depending on the location you choose.
    Services Offered
    Santee Lakes Recreation requires all guests of the park to use wedding vendors from the approved vendor list, which includes DJs, catering companies, and florists. In addition to your wedding ceremony and reception, the venue is available to host your bridal shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, and/or elopement. Volleyball nets, a horseshoe pit, and music permit are available at an additional cost.
    Accommodation
    Santee Lakes Recreation offers several different options for couples and their guests to use. The lakefront cabins come with a queen bed, sleeping mattress, and bunk beds that can sleep five adults or four adults and two children. This cabin also comes with a kitchen, full bathroom, a living room, and some outdoor amenities that are available for use. The floating cabin can accommodate four adults with a queen-size bed and an air mattress. This cabin also comes with a kitchen, a full bathroom, a living room, and outdoor amenities to enjoy. The ADA cabins can sleep three people with a full-size bed and floor mattress. This cabin also comes with a kitchen, full bathroom, living room, and outdoor amenities to enjoy. All guests staying in the cabins should bring their own linens (or sleeping bags), pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries, food, plates, bowls, and utensils.
