Flying Caballos Ranch is a wedding and event venue in San Luis Obispo, California. Facilities and CapacityThe Barn is the newest addition to the ranch and is 4,000 square feet of space, The rustic barn is met with modern and elegant design and features an indoor and outdoor catering area, private restrooms, custom bar, vintage indoor and outdoor lighting, sound system, disco ball and more. The Farmhouse is five bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate 12 overnight guests. The backyard features two outdoor restrooms with showers, a large wood barbeque, fire pit with lounge chairs, an elevated hot tub, built-in dance floor, antique bistro lighting and outdoor sound system. The Farmhouse features a full vintage kitchen, two separate dining areas, a living room, and beautiful views. The Guesthouse sits next to the century old farmhouse in the hills of Edna Valley. It is two bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate six overnight guests. The guesthouse features a full kitchen, dining room, living room, private entrance, large fenced front and backyard, patio furniture, fire pit and a garage. The Cozy Cottage is next to the Farmhouse and Guesthouse. This studio has a private entrance, patio with lounge furniture, fenced yard, kitchen and private bathroom. The studio can sleep four overnight guests. The Water Tower sets back from the other facilities. It is the perfect honeymoon suite for a private get-away. The three-story tower has a kitchen, dining area, bathroom, outdoor shower, and a lounge area that overlooks Edna Valley. HistoryThe Flying Caballos Ranch was owned by the Alfred Madonna family in the early 1900s. The ranch was several hundred acres and operated as a dairy farm. The Farmhouse was built in 1905 and the Guesthouse and cottage were built in 1952.
