Our beautiful, old-world timber and stone urban winery is the perfect setting to celebrate. We are conveniently located just off Highway 101, halfway between San Francisco and San Jose. We?ve been called ?a best kept secret,? and our clients love to surprise their guests with our unique and charming atmosphere, and our delicious artisan wines.
The winery is situated in an urban area, not in a vineyard. We have a stunning indoor facility though there is no green outdoor space. The main hall is approximately 2200 square feet, excluding the entrance area, gallery and kitchen/serving areas.
Wedding Ceremony and Reception
$2500 venue fee, 6 hours event time, 3 hour load-in, 2 hour load-out. If you are considering having both your wedding ceremony and reception at La Honda Winery, we recommend a maximum of 80 guests.
Wedding Reception:
$2000 venue fee, 5 hours event time, 3 hour load-in, 2 hour load-out. Our venue accommodates up to 125 guests for a seated formal dinner with room for a cocktail area and dancing and up to 150 for a reception style set-up.
Venue fee includes:
Use of the entire winery and sufficient bar hosts for serving wine and beverages.
3 site visits with La Honda’s Venue Coordinator (additional unattended site visits can arranged on some weekday mornings).
Ability to bring in own caterers/vendors (with approval by Venue Coordinator to confirm insurance, venue times, etc), though all core table/chair/linen rentals are done by Unica Rentals.
We have some pre-arranged Wedding Catering Package options and also a preferred vendors list (http://www.lahondawinery.com/venue-rental/preferred-vendors/) but couples select and arrange their own vendors (florist, cake, photography),
La Honda Winery does not offer:
Wedding planning
Vendor or Day-of-Event Coordination (having a Day-of-Coordinator is required for all weddings)
Storage of items before/after the event (venue will be in use by other events).
Each sit-down-dining package above also includes:
? 1-3 bartenders, depending upon the number of guests
? Parking for up to 85 cars
? Tea-light candles on every table and throughout the winery
? Tables, chairs, linens, fine china, silverware and serving pieces
? Excludes sales tax and gratuity
Menus will vary based on seasonality and customization by the client.
All pricing is subject to change at any time. Once a contract is signed and deposit made, pricing is secure.
