Devlin House is a private Hollywood Hills view wedding property located in the celebrity zone of Los Angeles, California. This beautiful venue has been featured on ABC, CNN, Amazon, Apple TV and Elle Magazine among others and offers scenic views of Los Angeles while providing a private space for your intimate celebration. The main building on the property boasts an open-floor layout that is perfectly suited for small weddings or engagement parties (50 people is optimal but we are negotiable). The property also features large lush gardens and pool area to accommodate an outdoor celebration.
Facilities and Capacities
Consisting of a 2,700-square-foot space, The Devlin House boasts rooms adorned with hardwood floors, high ceilings, and recessed lights. The house features a spacious dining and living room, ideal for couples hosting an intimate gathering of loved ones. Furthermore, your caterer can utilize the large renovated kitchen to prepare a meal to remember. The grounds surrounding the house feature luxurious gardens and a fountain, which are beautifully landscaped to create a stunning ceremony setting.
Services Offered
The venue offers an array of services for couples to utilize. These include bar and catering services, event rentals, and preparation rooms. The venue also welcomes any outside vendors that couples choose to bring in (i.e. photographers, catering, valet parking, DJ, table and chair rental, etc.). While couples can use the beautiful mid-century decorations that adorn the walls of the venue, they are also welcome to swap out any existing decor in order to personalize their event.
Accommodation
Devlin House boasts two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for preparation if needed, but is not available for overnight stays.
