We offer a variety of sites to captivate you and your guests. There are 3 separate locations for events each with different pricing. We offer a private beach and Ocean Bluff location, 100 year old Barn adjacent to an enchanting Sycamore grove, and the Historical Casa Grande Estate lawns and gardens. The Casa Grande Estate can be rented for Day-use or over night accommodates 10 guests comfortably. We also offer our 3 bedroom 2 bath beach cottage that sleeps up to 8 guests. A bit about the history of Dos Pueblos Ranch:This historical treasure was in existence long before written records were kept. Two significantly large groups of Native Americans made the bluffs on either side of the canyon their home. When Juan Cabrillo set his anchor off the coast at the mouth of the river in 1542 he called the area Los Dos Pueblos or the ?two villages?. This name has stuck in some form or another throughout the history of the property. In the later part of the 1700?s the property became a gift from King Carlos III of Spain to the local mission in an effort to support its work. It was also once the world?s largest Orchid farm as well as a ranch that bred racehorses. At the present time, the property is a working ranch that grows both avocados and an exotic fruit called Cherimoya. Many of the old buildings dating back to the turn of the century are still in existence.
The property Event Pricing for 2020 starts at 10k depending on guest count and number of locations of choice. Dos Pueblos is a site only venue, all outside rentals including bathrooms, kitchen, tables, chairs etc, are brought in from outside rental companies. To make sure your events runs smoothly and professionally a licensed coordinator is required. We ask that you work with our preferred vendor list, however we are open to vendors that are not on the list. They must be licensed and insured, and approved by office. We must have all amplified music off by 10 p.m. We require that all guests and people in the wedding for the event be brought in by shuttle from our list of pre-approved shuttle services. There is ample parking for all vendors on the property.
