Established in 2012, this 7200 square foot studio is located in the South Bay warehouse district known as Smoky Hollow, just a few blocks from the ocean. A complete remodel revealed concrete floors, original exposed wood rafters, and one pretty little patio, making it the perfect spot to host weddings, shoots & gatherings.
The studio can comfortably seat about 200 guests, and can accommodate up to 300 for a cocktail style reception. We encourage you to utilize the 18ft wooden family style table & benches and comfy leather lounge area, and the metal makeup tables are the perfect place for your photobooth props or dessert bar. Our parking lot and surrounding streets make event parking simple, and valet is not required.
We’ll send you a list of preferred vendors who have experience working at Smoky Hollow. We’re always open to working with new vendors, provided they complete the approval process with the studio ahead of time. We provide & require at least one venue representative for every event to look out for the overall management of the studio and its policies. Since the site manager does not act as an event coordinator, we always highly recommend working with a planner for your party.
