Located in an elegant Georgian revival mansion, the International Institute is a wonderful venue for weddings, parties, receptions, presentations, seminars and other events. The Institute has 5 adjoining rooms on the first floor, with 2 bathrooms off the lobby that are included in the rental. Our capacity is 125 – 150 people for receptions of all kinds. By day the International Institute of Buffalo, NY, Inc. is a local non-profit, non-sectarian agency affiliated with the United States Committee for Refugees and Immigrants. An added benefit of using the International Institute of Buffalo for your event is that you are helping the International Institute of Buffalo continue its mission to is assist refugees and immigrants overcome language and cultural barriers so that they can become self-sufficient, productive members of our community and to promoting global education and international connections in Western New York.
