There is a restroom on-site, but for events with more than 40 guests additional restrooms are required. The bodega is an open-air structure framed in steel for covered events. The Back Forty is a partially covered loading and unloading space for parking, storage, vendor set up, rentals and catering. The range of indoor, covered and uncovered space can accommodate up to 400 guests. Services Offered 1102 East offers two wedding packages. Their standard package includes access to the property for 12 hours, exclusive use of the gardens and an on-site manager. They also offer a weekend wedding package that includes access to the property from Friday to Sunday, exclusive use of the gardens, bungalow use for the bridal party, rehearsal dinner space, and on-site manager. They can host your bridal shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, elopement, ceremony, and reception. The on-site manager serves as a day-of-coordinator to make sure everything runs smoothly and gets set up the way you want. 1102 East staff is friendly and knowledgeable about how to best use the space.
