Rainbow Banquet Hall is a banquet hall wedding venue located in Altona, New York. With several interior spaces to choose from, you are sure to find what you are looking for here. Outside, the venue is provided with seclusion due to the presence of trees. Family-owned and run by the Samples, this venue has a history of hosting all sorts of events – big and small.
Facilities and Capacity
Rainbow Banquet Hall boasts four different event spaces: The Gold Room, Brookside Barn, White Room, and Blue Room.
The Gold Room has the largest capacity. It can accommodate 175 and 500 guests for a sit-down meal. With an arched ceiling, chandeliers that cast glowing golden light around the room, large windows, and round tables with seat-covered chairs, there is a great deal of elegance here. It is an exquisite place to host your wedding reception banquet.
The Brookside Barn, which is the newest of the four spaces, is very expansive and allows 150-450 guests. Here, there is ample room for long tables to be arranged with beautiful wooden chairs. Chandeliers hang from the vaulted ceilings, while there are also two balconies, a bar, and a projector.
Between 150 and 400 guests can comfortably relax and enjoy the festivities in The White Room. Tongue-and-groove ceilings are adorned with chandeliers, while curtained windows allow sunlight in. It looks resplendent when the tables and chairs are dressed up with appropriate decor and colorful centerpieces are arranged.
The Blue Room can accommodate the least amount of guests, which would make it ideal for intimate gatherings or modestly sized celebrations. Ceiling drapes, fairy lights, and elegant linens create a sophisticated setting where between 25 and 180 guests can be seated.
Services Offered
Event rentals such as aisle markers, aisle runners, centerpieces, a dance floor, and more can all be provided for the wedding party to make use of. An event planner can also be on-hand to help the happy couple organize and coordinate the event, reducing much of the stress involved. Outside vendors are welcome to come on site, while setup and cleanup services are also available. Conveniently, Rainbow Banquet Hall also offers a chauffeur service for guests who are partaking in some alcoholic beverages, offering to drive them to their accommodation at the end of the night.

To complement the venue?s elegance, rustic charm, and up-to-date comforts, Rainbow Banquet Hall provides a wide range of delectable dishes to excite the diverse palates among the wedding party. Their home-cooked meals are inspired by original recipes from one of the Sample grandmothers which date back over three-quarters of a century. A wedding cake and bar service can also be offered as part of the experience.
