The Windsor Hotel in downtown has a long history in Abilene. Built in 1890 it, of course, has been refurbished and now has an elegant ball room and also serves as an apartment complex for those 55 and older. The hotel is located at 401 Pine St. and is available for weddings, special occasions and bridal photo shoots as well.
