WEDDINGS
Say ?I do? in one of the most unique wedding venues in West Texas! Our goal is to help make your big day as effortless as possible. We strive to create a uniquely exceptional experience for each of our amazing couples.
Our indoor Event Center can accommodate up to 200 guests and can be separated into smaller sections depending on the size and setup of the wedding. Our venue can host the ceremonies indoors or out depending on what look you are wanting (and the weather!). It also has three overhead glass doors that open to our beautiful Courtyard.
Our wooden X-back chairs can be setup for an outside ceremony three different ways: facing the bell tower, cascading wall of ivy, or waterfall. You can also dance the night away under the twinkle lights after saying ?I do!?
Up the stairs by the bell tower is a beautiful garden that you and your bridal party can use for photos throughout the day. This is also where our beautiful Bridal Suite is located. Our Garden is also utilized for a one hour cocktail/social hour in between the ceremony and reception to have a smooth transition for your guests.
We also have different options for upgrades like an indoor dancefloor, outdoor heaters, yard games, decor access, and even coordination options to help your day run smoothly!
REHEARSAL DINNERS
Have you booked your rehearsal dinner venue yet? Our venue spaces create beautiful and unique atmosphere for any celebration!
Host your rehearsal dinner in the Event Center, Mezzanine, or Garden with us. Your rental will include everything you need to dazzle your guests. Our goal is to make sure you have an absolutely amazing experience unlike any other!
CUISINE
The Willows Event Center provides exclusive, on-site catering and bar services for all of our events. We offer an extensive menu with food options for any occasion.
