ABOUT THE PROPERTY
From small intimate gatherings, to more than 400 of your friends and family, Chandon Arbors provides multiple event spaces both indoor and outdoor. Both spaces are uniquely designed and sit on three private acres in Old Town Keller.
The Indoor Space Includes:
? 3,363 sq foot reception ballroom able to seat 300 plus guests.
? 1,363 sq foot ceremony space able to seat 175 guests
? Double grooms suite with two full bathrooms, a 75inch tv for gaming, ample seating and two fully stocked bars.
? Catering kitchen includes a full prep kitchen with a walk in refrigerator, ice maker, warmers, prep sink and several prep tables.
? Double bridal suite with salon chairs, a 3 way mirror for Bride, a full bathroom and a full length mirror for bridesmaids, a separate lounge space with two Tvs and ample seating.
? Two separate public bathrooms for guests.
The outdoor space includes two patios that are interconnected and can be used together or separately. Each patio is easily accessible and have plenty of space for entertaining.
? The Beacon Patio has direct access to our reception ballroom and can be used for an overflow for your guests. This patio includes a bar, a waterfall, a full size bathroom with central AC and Heat, a lawn area for games and plenty of seating for all your guests.
? The Horizon Patio has direct access to our ceremony space. This is typically where cocktail hour is held. The space is outfitted with a full fireplace with seating and is 1000 sq feet. There is also plenty of outdoor seating for all your guests.
? The Covered Pavillon can be accessed from the ceremony space and is next to the Horizon patio. This is ideal for an outdoor wedding and can seat up to 200 or more guest. The combined square feet of these two patios is 1800sq feet.
RENTAL INFORMATION
The attached brochure provides information about hosting your wedding with us. We offer a 12hr full facility all day rental and a 5hr half day full facility rental.
Chandon Arbors only host one event at time so you will have the entire venue to yourself and the opportunity to fully use the venue space how you wish in creating your wedding. If you feel that you may need more time to access the venue, Chandon Arbors offers additional time purchased by the hour.
We have a list of approved caterers that are known for their service and food and that meet our insurance requirements, and you can choose your favorite from them. You do have the freedom to bring in your own caterer but they must meet our insurance requirements and be approved by our venue prior to the day of your event. All other vendor categories are open, meaning that you may select and contract whoever you want.
