Texas Horse Park is an equestrian-based facility developed in partnership with the City of Dallas Trinity Watershed Management Department and the Trinity River Corridor Project. It?s purpose is to foster the vision of community education, recreation, participation and conservation.
The vision was built upon the equestrian traditions and history of the great State of Texas, that an exciting new equestrian and outdoor activity facility set amongst beautiful pastures, hardwood trees, ponds and meadows would benefit the Dallas Community. The Texas Horse Park?s events and programs are offered on approximately 600 acres of land within the 6,000-acre Great Trinity Old Growth Forest, just minutes from downtown.
The first of its kind for Dallas, this facility is designed to host national and international equestrian competitions, provide miles of beautifully preserved riding trails for the public, and will feature first-rate facilities for residents and visitors to Dallas looking to host events such as rodeos, weddings, parties and corporate gatherings of all kinds.
River Ranch Education Charities, as an operator at Texas Horse Park, will provide nature and ranch experiences turning the South Dallas park into a destination where groups and individuals can enjoy a wide range of activities and services. River Ranch will also provide scholarships and discounted services for the at-risk and special needs communities in the surrounding areas. By hosting your event at Texas Horse Park, you are contributing to the support of the community!
The Activity Center is a modern yet western space that is 6000 square feet with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Texas Horse Park. It is the perfect setting for your special event!
Room Rental includes: dinner tables, mahogany chiavari chairs, standard ivory linen for up to 200 guests, and self-parking for up to 100 cars.
GUEST CAPACITY ? The Activity Center can accommodate up to 320 guests as seated dinner with room for your band and dance floor. If you?re looking for a cocktail reception, then the space can hold up to 380 guests comfortably. By utilizing our outdoor space, we can accommodate your larger groups with indoor and outdoor seating.
