The Dallas Arboretum is a garden with multiple ceremony and reception spaces for couples marrying in the greater Dallas, Texas area. These classic yet elegant spaces include an outdoor garden ceremony as well as a modern or historic reception space. The entire garden sits on a stunning 66 acres of land on the banks of the White Rock Lake, and can be found roughly 15 minutes outside of downtown Dallas.
Facilities and Capacity
Though the garden spaces at the venue accommodate a range of wedding celebration sizes, the maximum capacity for an event is 500 guests (varies with layout). Ceremony locations include beautiful green spaces lined with trees, shrubs, or other flora. Couples can marry in front of a quiet reflecting pool or on a path lined with trees stretching overhead to meet in the middle, creating a natural tunnel of greenery. The four venues separate options for couples? receptions or ceremonies. Rosine Hall, which welcomes up to 350 guests for a reception and nearly 600 for a ceremony, this magnificent hall features extra-high ceilings and a glamorous dance floor. The wooden ceiling and tan light fixtures give the room a natural vibe while maintaining its elegance. A Tasteful Place is our newest addition and can accommodate up to 120 guests for a reception or up to 250 for a ceremony. This building has floor to ceiling glass walls and features the Dallas Skyline view overlooking white rock lake. The DeGolyer House welcomes up to 200 guests on the back patio overlooking White Rock Lake. The house was built in 1940 in the Spanish Colonial Revival Style. The Alex Camp House is a two-story home overlooking White Rock Lake that can accommodate up to 200 guests on the back lawn. It features a private entrance for an air of exclusivity and a circular drive.
Services Offered
In addition to their wedding ceremony and reception, couples can choose to host a bridal shower, engagement party, or rehearsal dinner at the Dallas Arboretum as well. The generous staff at the garden helps couples with cleanup and setup on their wedding day. They also offer assistance with event management before the day of the wedding to ensure everything will run according to plan. Guests arriving at the garden for a couple?s wedding or other event will enjoy the convenience of complimentary admission and parking into the garden that day.
