We do not supply a caterer nor do we force you to use a specific caterer.
We do not supply alcohol/bartender nor do we force you to use a specific bartender.
The prices listed below are flat fees for the venue and it’s included features.
For non-members of the Freemasons:
$250.00 +$75.00 security/cleaning deposit for one day’s rental (8 AM to 10 PM).
For members of the the Freemasons:
$150.00 +$75.00 security/cleaning deposit for one day’s rental (8 AM to 10 PM)
The rental fee includes:
seating for up to 80 people maximum
kitchen use or use of any caterer you desire
use of the 50 inch Plasma HDTV for visual presentations
use of the 125 Watt 5.1 surround sound stereo
access to the WiFi and high speed internet
parking for up to 25 automobiles
