Facilities and Capacity
At Brennan?s Catering & Banquet Center, four ballrooms open their doors for up to 450 guests. Couples can choose the ballroom that best meets their needs and party size. The Sapphire Room seats up to 300 guests for a couple?s reception. Crystal chandeliers light up this interior ballroom that seems twice as large thanks to the mirrors lining the side wall. A wooden dance floor invites guests to step off the red and gold carpet and into their dancing shoes. The Topaz Room surrounds up to 175 seated guests with ecru walls and glowing light from overhead fixtures. A blue and gold carpet runs underfoot and a floral arch – perfect for ceremonies – rests against a back wall. The Garnet Room welcomes up to 200 seated guests. This large space offers plenty of room for a DJ or band and a dance floor, around which guests will find tables decorated by the couple for dinner. The Emerald Room seats up to 150 guests. This room can be combined with the Garnet Room thanks to a removable wall, and the resulting space can seat the largest receptions of up to 500 guests.
