History
The first buildings on Whiteface Club and Resort property were built in 1882. A popular summer destination, the then-Whiteface Inn saw consistent growth until the 1930s. At the height of the Great Depression, the Inn became The Whiteface Grand Hotel and was frequented by celebrities like Babe Ruth and Spencer Tracy. In 1985, Whiteface Club and Resort underwent another evolution and added luxury homes, cottages, and condominiums to the community.
