Woodstock Farm Sanctuary is a magical 150 acre property nestled in the rolling hills of The Hudson Valley, NY. Woodstock is a unique charitable organization caring for over 400 rescued animal residents. Renting our space directly supports the Sanctuary?s work to save farmed animals through rescue, education, and advocacy. Woodstock Farm Sanctuary provides a beautiful, peaceful pasture sanctuary that can help you create a unique and unforgettable vegan wedding. We offer a choice of three wedding packages depending on guest size and a choice of two venues.
1. The Banquet Hall is a 5,000 square foot building that?s ideal for weddings ranging from 40 to 200 guests. It boasts the following amenities for both indoor and outdoor activities:
3,300 square foot main dining room with hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings
700 square foot reception room
1,000 sq. ft. commercial kitchen
Outdoor ceremony area overlooking Rondout Creek and the Shawangunk Ridge
Oversized wrap-around deck
Two large outdoor pavilions
2. The Gray Barn is our five-bedroom boutique en suite inn. It?s perfect for smaller-scale events of up to 30 guests. With cathedral ceilings and a large, stately great room leading to an oversized deck that overlooks gorgeous mountain views, the inn provides the ideal setting for any intimate occasion. It can also be rented in its entirety for the weekend.
Services Offered
At Woodstock Farm Sanctuary, couples and their vendors will have exclusive access to use the entire Banquet Hall building and its commercial kitchen, the patio overlooking the Shawangunk Ridge and Rondout Creek, two outdoor pavilions and outdoor chapel, and indoor restrooms. The property also allows parking for up to 150 vehicles in the visitor parking area. Other wedding event services offered include the following:

The Gray Barn is an award winning boutique inn that sits on the property of Woodstock Farm Sanctuary. The inn offers guests a restorative and relaxing stay in one of our five beautiful bedrooms each with it’s own en suite bathroom and private terrace. Enjoy stunning views of Mohonk Mountain and Rondout Creek while watching some of our resident goats graze throughout their pasture. Each stay includes a private tour of the sanctuary and delicious vegan breakfast prepared each morning.
