The Highland Inn & Ballroom Lounge is a historic Art Nouveau style hotel built in 1927, located in the hip Poncey-Highlands district of The Highlands, Atlanta Ga. We are a budget minded venue and will work within your means to provide you with an event to meet your expectations. Our large space has beautiful pressed tin ceilings, original marble checkerboard floors, gorgeous antique cherry wood bar, garden courtyard and main Ballroom Reception area complete with dance floor, full sound system, stage lighting and mirrored disco ball! The historic Ballroom Lounge provides a classic setting. The Main Ballroom combined with the Front Lounge & Main Bar, becomes a dramatic backdrop for weddings, cocktail evenings, and gala events. Our space accommodates up to 200 guests for ceremony and reception in the Main Ballroom. Additionally, our Front Lounge offers the intimacy necessary for a smaller group. For smaller events: If your group does not require rental of the entire Ballroom lounge, we suggest having a smaller event on the nights of the week that we are open to the public.
