Based in the greater Tampa area, Windsong Ranch is a historic farm wedding venue located in Webster, Florida. With 100 acres of pasture and hay fields, the ranch offers a quiet and intimate space away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The moss-covered trees, wooden benches, chandeliers and string lights are the makings of a dreamy country wedding. In 2012, Windsong Ranch was built and established as a wedding venue by owners Tim and Vivian. Come escape the city with your family and friends at Windsong Ranch.Facilities and Capacity The gorgeous barn is 40 feet by 110 feet. The barn doors can be closed so during your cocktail hour your guest can stay under the covered porch out of the elements while enjoying hors d’oeuvres and drinks. They can also sit around the fire place or under the huge oak trees and relax. When time to introduce the Bride and Groom the barn doors slide totally out of view so you and your guest can enjoy the sunset while having dinner. Couples are welcome to host up to 250 guests for indoor, uncovered outdoor and covered outdoor celebrations.Services OfferedWindsong Ranch allows you to choose your own vendors and not restrict you to a list of their vendors. This is for your convience of your own taste and budget. The venue has a list of preferred vendors, they have worked with in the past with excellent services at the venue. On the ranch, the experienced and devoted team is determined to help your day run smoothly and effortlessly. Services offerred for Saturday and Sunday dates, For Saturday Weddings/Reception you are able to come the Friday before from 2pm until 7pm to set up, decorate, have a rehearsal if you so choose. For Sunday discount for parties under 100 guest. Large dance floor in the center of the barn, with great views from all areas.
