Facilities and Capacity
Rancho Minerva comfortably accommodates up to 300 guests. Indoor and outdoor space is available for both ceremonies and receptions. The front lawn, back lawn, and patio are just a few of your options. Rancho Minerva includes the Vista Historical Society and Museum, which features a variety of historical facts, properties, and other documents describing the history of the southwestern United States.
Services Offered
Rancho Minerva offers a variety of wedding packages ranging from ceremony-only services to all-inclusive, full-day reservations. Event coordination services can be provided upon request. The venue?s on-site coordinator is happy to work with you in the planning of your special day. All packages include the use of white folding chairs, setup and breakdown service, a gift and guest book table, rehearsal time, parking, lighting, sound, and at least one hour of event time. Dining and banquet tables, additional lighting options, bars, and use of the built-in barbeque pit are included in most packages. Packages that feature a reception include the use of china, flatware, glassware, and linens. Tents and related equipment can be added to your package for an additional fee. Elopements and destination weddings are welcome, and Rancho Minerva is happy to host your rehearsal dinner as well. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, and two restrooms are available for your wedding event.
Cuisine
Bar and catering services can be provided and always include the provision of bartenders and servers. Meals are served buffet-style and hors d?oeuvres are provided. Outside vendors are welcome. While wedding cakes cannot be supplied, the Rancho Minerva staff is happy to provide cake cutting service at no additional cost.
