HistorySteve Chapin, a born and raised Southern California boy, started his vineyard in 2002 with just five acres and three varieties of grapes ? Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petite Verdot. Since 2012, Chapin Family Vineyards has managed to use 100 percent of the grapes grown and harvested on their property for their own wine. Today, Chapin Family Vineyards produces, bottles, and sells 15 different wines. Steve Chapin is proud of the small vineyard and intimate connection he is able to form with visitors and guests.LocationChapin Family Vineyards is located in the South Park neighborhood of Temecula.
