The venue offers plenty of parking for guests, and also boasts a large outdoor pool and surrounding outdoor lounge area with stunning views. The inside of the home features a grand piano and is filled with contemporary art. The venue also has wireless Internet, but guests are responsible for providing audio equipment and video equipment. Via Maria Villa can accommodate as few as 25 guests and up to 150 guests in their five event spaces. The venue boasts indoor event space, as well as uncovered and covered outdoor space. The wedding venue?s peak season months include January, April through September and December. Off-peak months include February, March, October and November.Services Offered Via Maria Villa offer a wide range of event services for your wedding celebration. The venue provides a sufficient parking area, and also offers shuttle services, valet parking and wheelchair access. The private home and grounds are pet friendly, and welcome outside vendors.
