This Louisiana French Colonial private residence was designed and constructed in 1929. It served as the home for a newlywed couple who desired a romantic antebellum-style home. Today, a mother-daughter team runs the venue and are pleased to be able to open their doors to couples desiring a charming and history-filled site for elopements, ceremonies, and receptions. Facilities and Capacity From the moment you arrive at the Sepulveda Home, you will be in awe of the gracious details and atmosphere. The residence features a 40-foot front porch, which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying refreshments on. Ceremonies and receptions can be held in various settings found throughout the venue. For a dash of nostalgia, there is a romantic balcony overlooking your wedding reception area. The outdoor amphitheater site allows you and your loved ones to be truly immersed in a stunning garden setting, surrounded by pepper and magnolia trees and a running creek. With features like an outdoor fireplace and heating lamps, you will be comfortable regardless of the season you choose to exchange your vows in. The garden offers more than enough space for you to host your wedding with up to 120 seated guests and a dance floor. They collaborate with a variety of artisans varying from photography to flowers and can assist with your wedding day planning from the very first meeting until the sparkler sendoff on your wedding night!
Wedding Packages The Sepulveda Home offers three types of packages with different menus and pricing tiers. Your reception is complete with Satin L?Amour linens, chiavari chairs, dining by candlelight, glassware, flatware, and ambiance lighting.
