The Grande Package is a very elegant menu, combining traditional and California cuisine. Gabriel?s Package offers a food station option, featuring three stations ranging from chicken, salmon and steak, as well as hors d?oeuvres and dessert. Option three is the Balboa Package, using local, organic and seasonal ingredients for a delicious menu. The Horton Reception Package is the next option, inclusive of tray-passed appetizers and a seated salad and entree option. The final option is the Fifth Avenue Package, a Mediterranean-style buffet with menu selections such as New York strip loin, chicken breast, penne pasta, tomato and mozzarella, grilled vegetables and much more.
