Our attention to detail, sophisticated service and romantic atmosphere are sure to provide an unforgettable experience for our couples.Facilities and CapacityFor ceremonies, we have our Grand Terrace Lawn, which is our outdoor ceremony site. You have the option of facing our architectural building with a grand staircase or a more intimate set up with a back drop view overlooking of the mountains and valleys of Santa Rosa. We include our white garden chairs for seating, a microphone for the couple & the officiant as well as a citrus water station upon guest arrival.
For cocktail hour, we have our Overlook Terrace which is an outdoor garden with lawn and patio action. We utilize our outdoor patio seating and high cocktail tables for guest interaction as well as set up a portable bar(s) for beer, wine and mixed drinks while offering butler passed hors d’oeuvres.This outdoor space has great views and photo opportunities of the Santa Rosa Valley.
Weather permitting, we do have the ability to move the outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour indoors.
Our Main Ballroom is our indoor reception space that can accommodate up to 275 guests, with the ability of minimizing the room for smaller and intimate weddings. This marvelous space features stunning Spanish Mediterranean design with floor-to-ceiling bay windows, beautiful wrought-iron chandeliers with dimming effects and two fireplace mantels that we light for ambiance. We use 72 inch rounds for guest seating, surrounding a 21 foot x 21 foot parquet dance floor. With a unique design in itself, there is not a lot that you need to add to the room for decor.
