History This 1874 Eastlake Victorian home was built by A.M. Pitts and Lewis Posey on the corner of B and 4th streets in Biggs, California. Pitts and Posey were two of the original founders of Biggs. In 2005, it was purchased by Wanda and Robert Nevins who renovated it while keeping its original character and have turned it into the venue it is today.
